Introduction
Hello everyone,
My name is Cleveland Oliver. I retired as a First Sergeant from the U.S. Army in December 2019 after 26 years of service, where I spent most of my career focused on Human Resources, leadership development, and helping organizations run effectively.
After retiring, I made a deliberate decision to invest in my next chapter by earning my BBA in Human Resources Management and an MBA in Marketing, positioning myself to translate my leadership experience into business impact.
Since then, I’ve been focused on building my own business with the goal of helping organizations improve how they operate, take better care of their people, and create systems that support long-term growth.
I joined this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program to strengthen my ability to identify inefficiencies and turn problems into practical, structured solutions that go beyond theory and make a meaningful difference for businesses.
Right now, I’m continuing that transition by applying my experience in a new space where I can continue to serve in a different capacity.
My goal from this course is to build a solid, repeatable approach to improving performance and helping organizations operate with more clarity, efficiency, and purpose.
I’m looking forward to learning from everyone here and being part of this cohort.
