My name is Deric Hernandez, and I’m an active-duty 11Z based in Clarksville, Tennessee. My background is in leading teams and managing training and readiness systems, with a growing focus on using data to improve everyday processes. I’m taking this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course to formalize the process improvement work I’ve been doing and to use tools like DMAIC and Lean methods better to reduce waste and streamline operations.
