I have joined this cohort to continue 'keeping the saw sharp' and potentially lead to attaining 'Black Belt' in the future. I recently retired early from a nearly three decade career in federal service, which began as a 96B Military Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army at 17 y/o., and concluded with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), a component of the Department of Homeland Security. I specialize in holistic risk management and the planning to execution of high-impact events and incidents. From conducting deep research for mission analysis, detecting obscure patterns and connections between disparate parts, forecasting impacts, and sourcing and coordinating resources that are critical when responding to crises to enable an effective recovery. I am currently supporting businesses in evaluating continuity programs to streamline cross-functional coordination that helps actually build sustainable resilience and to ensure their people are ready to respond to and recover from disruptions.
