Hello everyone,
My name is Ebony Herelle, and I’m an Army veteran. I have over 20 years of experience in operations, investigations, and risk management within a high-demand, 24/7 environment. Throughout my career, I’ve focused heavily on incident analysis, regulatory compliance, and implementing strategies that reduce organizational risk while improving overall efficiency.
I hold a Master of Business Administration, along with a background in forensic science and criminal justice, which has helped shape my analytical approach to problem-solving and operational leadership.
Currently, I’m working toward transitioning my experience into broader risk management and operational improvement roles, particularly in industries where process efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making are critical. That’s one of the reasons I’m excited to be in this Lean Six Sigma course because I’m looking to strengthen my ability to streamline processes, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement.
