April 2026 Lean Six Sigma Cohort

Introduction - Hello Everyone

Hey everyone!

I’m Harold Vincent, and I’m currently the Logistics and Operations Chief for the United States Marine Corps at Marine Forces Northern Command. Basically, I’m the guy who makes sure everything (and everyone) gets to where they need to be without getting lost—which, after 20 years, is a skill I think I’ve mostly mastered!

I’m currently based in Norfolk VA but TAD in NYC until August. My career has been one long world tour, with stops in Virginia, North Carolina, Hawaii, Germany, China and Japan.

I’m joining this cohort to level up to a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.  I’m always looking for better ways to cut through administrative bottlenecks and make operations run smoother to avoid them late night/weekend call.

I’m officially transitioning out of the military and into the civilian world Dec 2026. I’m looking to trade my boots for a project management to a role in the corporate world.

I want to master the art of cutting through red tape and administrative headaches. Work smarter not harder!

Looking forward to "leaning" into this with you all. You can find me on LinkedIn at
