I'm Jason, some call me Romo. I am a transitioning Army officer who has spent 20+ years trying real hard to fix broken processes and herding large organizations toward something resembling efficiency. Turns out there's an actual methodology for that. Enrolling in Lean Six Sigma to finally put a name to what I've been doing by instinct. Starting a fellowship with USAA in May.
