My name is Ismael, I’ve spent over 20 years in the Army working in healthcare administration, focused on operations, team leadership, and improving processes.
I’m getting close to retirement and transitioning into the IT field, which I’m really excited about. What stood out to me is how much process improvement carries over between healthcare and ITit all comes down to solving problems efficiently.
