Introduction
Hello everyone,
My name is Queen Ollie. I currently serve in the United States Army, working in the field of petroleum and water logistics as a 923A. My role focuses on ensuring fuel and water operations run safely and efficiently in support of military missions.
I am currently based in Germany. I decided to join this Lean Six Sigma course because I am always looking for ways to improve processes, reduce waste, and make operations run more smoothly. In logistics, even small improvements can make a major difference in time, resources, and mission readiness.
Professionally, I am focused on continuing to grow as a leader and expanding my knowledge of process improvement. I want to strengthen my ability to analyze systems, solve problems, and apply practical solutions that benefit both my team and the organizations I support.
One goal I hope to achieve from this course is gaining the tools to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that create lasting results in operational environments.
