Good afternoon, My name is Christian Gatchalian and I am currently active duty Navy. I am 19 years old and joined the service straight out of high school at 17. As I recently got meritoriously promoted to E4, I joined this class to be learn how to become a better leader and how I can serve my sailors who are under me. I hope to learn alot from this class and take in the many perspectives of leadership.
