My name is Susana, and I serve as an Army Reserve Career Counselor and a Federal Civilian Human Resources Supervisor in Maryland. My background includes talent management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement across both military and federal environments. I also run EZE Consulting, where I provide notary services and professional development support.
I’m taking this Lean Six Sigma course to strengthen my ability to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve customer service within HR and Soldier-support operations. With a master’s in HR Management and ongoing doctoral studies in Strategic Leadership, I’m excited to apply Lean principles to real-world challenges and enhance organizational readiness.
