Introduction
Hello everyone, my name is Monica Agnew. I am an active-duty U.S. Army Staff Sergeant currently serving as a Supply NCO with over 10 years of experience in logistics and supply. Throughout my career, I've worked in property accountability, inventory management, and maintaining equipment readiness in fast-paced environments.
I am currently pursing my Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I'm taking this Lean Six Sigma course to strengthen my understanding of process improvement and learn how to apply data-driven methods to improve efficiency and workflows.
I'm looking forward to learning from everyone, gaining skills, and applying what I learn both in the Army and in my future career on the civilian side.
