Hello everyone, I’m Larry Finefield. I retired from the Army as a First Sergeant about a year ago and currently live in the Austin, Texas area. My background is primarily in operations and operations management, and I also hold degrees in Information Technology Management and Cybersecurity. In addition, I have two years of experience as a platform engineer.
I joined this program because I want to complement my existing experience with formal Lean Six Sigma training and certification. I believe this course will strengthen my overall skill set, sharpen my approach to process improvement, and help me become a more competitive candidate for future opportunities. One goal I hope to achieve from this course is to gain practical, real-world tools that I can apply in both operations and technical environments.
