Why are you taking this course right now?
I am taking this course to strengthen my proficiency in my current role as an instructor. I believe the course will provide valuable structure and practical approaches for solving problems and improving the systems already in place.
Additionally, I am in the process of transitioning and completing my bachelor’s degree. I originally studied Mechanical Engineering, and I am now pursuing Industrial Engineering. This course aligns well with that transition and supports my long‑term academic and professional goals.
What outcome do you want in the next 3–6 months?
Over the next 3–6 months, I aim to expand my knowledge, strengthen my professional performance, and continue improving my military record. I am focused on gaining the skills and experience necessary to successfully complete my bachelor’s degree and support the schoolhouse during the ongoing merger of MOSs. These goals will help me contribute more effectively to the mission and position myself for long‑term career growth.

This impacts more than just me. It directly affects the department I work for, as I believe I can contribute meaningfully and create an immediate positive impact on our lesson plans and equipment management. By strengthening my skills, I will be better equipped to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the efficiency of our current processes.
