Introduction
Hi everyone,
I’m David Nicol and recently retired from the Marine Corps. The majority of my career focused on leading organizations, operational planning, and recruiting. Most recently, I was responsible for a large, geographically dispersed organization where we spent a lot of time working through process improvement, performance tracking, and aligning teams to execute more effectively.
As I transition into my next chapter, I’m looking to build on my military experience and apply my leadership in a new sector. Lean Six Sigma is something I’ve been exposed to in pieces, and I’m looking forward to gaining a better understanding of the structure, tools, and language so I can apply it more deliberately.
I’m also looking forward to connecting with others in the cohort.
