Hello everyone,
I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. I am an Army veteran with 10 years of service, and I currently serve as a Human Resources Specialist in staffing and recruitment with the Navy. Throughout my federal career, I have built experience managing complex hiring actions and supporting organizational needs in dynamic environments.
In my current role, I partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to navigate complex hiring processes, ensure compliance, and improve overall efficiency. This experience has strengthened my focus on identifying process gaps, streamlining workflows, and delivering effective, results-driven solutions.
I am taking this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course to further develop a structured, data-driven approach to process improvement, particularly within HR operations.
