Hello everyone,
My name is Tracy Hagler, and I live in Tennessee. I’m a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and recently completed a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management (BSHIM).
Most of my background is in healthcare, and over time I became really interested in healthcare quality improvement and how better systems and processes can improve patient outcomes. That’s what motivated me to join the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program.
I’m currently transitioning toward roles focused on healthcare quality, process improvement, and data-driven decision making, and I’m hoping this course will help me build stronger skills in those areas.
I look forward to learning alongside everyone and connecting with professionals from different fields.
