Introduction
Hello everyone,
Currently, I am a Career Counselor in the Army as I work toward completing a Human Resource Management degree. My reason for joining this Lean Six Sigma course is due to a desire to develop skills in process management and problem solving that will help me in the workplace. I have seen the effect that inefficiency can have on time and results, and hope to learn new ways to handle such issues.
In the next 3-6 months, my intention is to use the skills learned from this program in a tangible sense, specifically by improving my process management abilities when it comes to workflow, communication, and accountability in tracking progress and solutions.
In addition to helping me as an individual, these skills and practices will help those I serve, which includes the Soldiers themselves as well as my fellow members on my team and the leaders in charge.
