Initial Introduction
Hello everyone, my name is Keita Rodgers. My LinkedIn profile is www.linkedin.com/in/keitarodgers.
My background spans nonprofit, corporate, and military leadership. I currently serve as Director of Administration and CFO for the Virginia Legal Aid Society, where I oversee finance, operations, human resources, compliance, technology, facilities, and strategic planning across multiple offices. Before that, I held leadership roles at Amazon and Ford Motor Company and served as an Army officer, leading teams and managing complex logistics, operations, and resource planning in high-pressure environments both within conventional and special operations forces. I am also a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, hold an MSW from Fordham University, and am currently pursuing my MBA at UNC Chapel Hill.
What I’m working toward is continued growth as a strategic and operational leader who can help organizations improve performance, strengthen processes, and better align people and resources with mission-focused goals. I’m pursuing Lean Six Sigma certification to deepen my ability to drive measurable improvement, solve problems systematically, and lead change that creates lasting value. I’m excited to learn from all of you throughout this cohort.
