I really appreciate your focus on strengthening process‑improvement and operational leadership skills; those are exactly the areas I’m hoping to grow in as well. The DMAIC framework is such a powerful structure. I’m looking forward to diving into it with this cohort and seeing how we each apply it in our own work environments.
