Why are you taking this course right now? I'm retiring from the military this summer, and I want to back up my years of leadership experience with proven business tools. I'm taking this course so I can step into the corporate world as a strong manager who knows how to make things run better.
What outcome do you want in the next 3–6 months? I'm actively job hunting right now. My goal is to finish this certification and land a great project management or leadership role in the next three months, right as I transition out.
Who does this impact besides you? It's going to directly benefit whatever company I join next, because I'll be coming in ready to solve problems and cut out waste from day one. On a personal level, it's also a great way for me to shift my mindset as I make this major career pivot
