Hi, my name is Marion Eiley. I proudly served in the U.S. Army for 24 years as a 42A (Human Resources Specialist). Since transitioning out of the military, I have been actively seeking employment but have found it challenging to secure a position in the civilian workforce.
I am hoping to enroll in this course to earn my Green Belt certification, strengthen my skill set, and expand my professional network—particularly within the DMV area. I am motivated to continue growing, making meaningful connections, and positioning myself for new career opportunities.
