Operations Manager | Logistics & Process Improvement
Hi everyone,
I'm Autumn, and I’m currently an Operations Manager in e-commerce logistics, leading outbound and inventory control functions. I’ve spent the past several years growing within warehouse operations, where I’ve developed a strong focus on building high performing teams, improving process efficiency, driving measurable operational results.
In my current role, I oversee large teams and complex workflows, with a focus on driving performance metrics, reducing defects, and creating structure in fast-paced environments. A big part of my leadership style is developing others, supporting new leaders, creating accountability, and building systems that allow teams to succeed consistently.
Alongside my civilian career, I serve as a 1st Lieutenant in the Army Reserves, which has further shaped my approach to leadership, adaptability, and decision-making under pressure.
As I continue to grow, I’m looking to branch out within the operations and logistics field and explore what’s next, particularly opportunities where I can expand my impact in areas like process improvement, strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
