Hello Everyone,
My name is Roger Konicke. I’m a Marine Corps veteran with eight years of service, and I now live in sunny Florida where my wife and I run a nonprofit and take care of our small farm. I currently work with ASU Online as an Academic Associate and hope to move into an adjunct faculty role this fall. I’m also completing my Doctorate in Education at the University of North Carolina, where my research examines the military‑to‑civilian transition process and the organizational factors that shape service members’ readiness for life after the military.
I’m looking forward to learning with all of you and exploring how Lean Six Sigma principles can strengthen processes in both military and civilian organizations.
