Intro. Post
Hi everyone,
My name is Bre. I work in a senior logistics role supporting the U.S. Army, mainly focused on property accountability, warehouse operations, and keeping processes organized and running smoothly. A lot of what I do day to day revolves around making sure things are tracked correctly, processed on time, and set up in a way that holds up during inspections.
I signed up for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course because I want to be more intentional with how I improve processes. I have already worked on building SOPs and tightening up turnaround times, but I know there is a more structured way to approach problem solving and I want to learn that the right way.
My goal is to take what I learn here and apply it directly to my work by cutting down inefficiencies and making processes more consistent and easier to manage. Long term, I am working toward moving into project management where I can lead these kinds of improvements on a larger scale.
Looking forward to learning with everyone and seeing how you all are applying this in your own roles.
