My name is Jordan, and I’m currently an IT Governance Specialist (AVP) at Deutsche Bank, where I focus on technology risk, controls, and operational governance. I’m based in Florida, USA. I joined this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program to strengthen my ability to drive process improvement, reduce inefficiencies, and bring more data driven decision making into my work. One of my main goals for this course is to apply Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize processes within technology and governance functions while continuing to grow into more strategic leadership roles.
