Hi everyone! My name is Martha Labadie.
I’m a military spouse and have lived in Virginia for over 20 years. I currently work as a Bilingual Communications Specialist supporting a federal program, where I assist with communications and case management.
I decided to join this Lean Six Sigma program because I want to strengthen my process improvement and problem-solving skills. I’m always interested in finding ways to improve efficiency and make systems work better, and I believe Lean Six Sigma will give me practical tools to help do that both in my current role and in future opportunities.
I’m looking forward to learning from everyone in the class and gaining new perspectives throughout the course.
