Introduction
Hey everyone! Excited to be part of this cohort.
My name is Usioghene Timi Pudei, but everyone calls me Timi since it’s easier 😊. I recently moved to Washington State and currently in SkillBridge. I have a background in Biomedical Sciences, and I’m transitioning into biotech, clinical research, and more data-focused roles.
I also bring an operations background from my time in the U.S. Navy, where I worked a lot with systems, processes, and keeping things running efficiently.
Healthcare has always been something I’m naturally drawn to, so I’m really interested in how we can use data and structured approaches like Lean Six Sigma to improve outcomes and decision-making in this space.
Looking forward to learning with you all and seeing how everyone plans to apply this in their own fields.

Howdy Timi, Nice to make your aquaintance and meet a fellow sailor. I worked in Quality and under the ISO 13485 standard as a manufacturer in medical devices so my only intro to Biomedical Science is in the form of managing the Quality Manual along with all the documentation. I'm just a worker bee so I'm really not on your level with the front end design of FMEA, but I look forward to hearing about your experiences and practical knowledge in healthcare and data analysis. Go Navy!
