Hi everyone! My name is Malikah Morgan, and I’m currently an Army Intelligence Officer based at Fort Meade, Maryland. I decided to join the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program because I’m preparing for a career shift toward business, strategic development, and coaching, and I’m excited to expand my toolkit beyond the government and military space. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams, solved complex problems, and improved how organizations operate, and now I want to intentionally translate those experiences into skill sets that are highly valued in corporate America. One of my main goals for this course is to gain a stronger, practical understanding of process improvement so I can apply structured, data-driven methods to help organizations and people work more effectively. I’m looking forward to learning alongside all of you and sharing perspectives along the way.
