Good morning everyone
My name is Tracy McDaniel, and I currently work in the education system, supporting at-risk high school students. My role centers on helping students navigate challenges—academically, behaviorally, and personally—so they can successfully earn their diploma. On any given day, that can look like a mix of counselor, administrator, teacher, and problem-solver all in one.
I will be retiring at the end of this school year to focus on expanding my private practice. My work includes providing workplace drug testing services (including urinalysis for pre-employment, random, and post-incident testing), as well as substance use counseling. If it involves substance use, compliance, or recovery support, that’s where my practice is focused.
I’m looking forward to learning alongside all of you and gaining practical tools from this Lean Six Sigma cohort that I can apply both in business and in service delivery.
