Introduction
Good afternoon,
I’m currently transitioning back into the workforce after being laid off, and I want to reinforce the process improvement skills I’ve already used in healthcare operations. In my previous role, I led initiatives focused on improving workflows, reducing errors, and increasing efficiency across multiple clinics. I’m taking this course to strengthen those skills with a more formal Lean Six Sigma approach and position myself for my next leadership opportunity.
I’m actively job searching and plan to complete this certification while doing so. My goal is to step into my next role within the next few months with refreshed skills and a stronger ability to lead data-driven improvements from day one.
This will directly impact the teams and organizations I join next by allowing me to contribute to more efficient workflows and better operational outcomes. In healthcare, that ultimately impacts patient access and experience, which is something I’m very passionate about.
