April 2026 Lean Six Sigma Cohort

My name is Mark A. Chapman, and I am former Air Force avionics back shop technician (4 years), an education and training manager (18 years as a reservist), and a technical writer for 20 years. I am looking forward to meeting and learning about you all and everything that this Green Belt course has to offer. I know it will be a great deal of information in a short period of time. It's kinda like a study all night to be prepared for a final exam course, in my opinion. I have no doubt it will be incredibly good for us all!

This course will affect me and my family in an excellent, positive way. It will make me more marketable, and I will be able to apply for many job opportunities. I have plenty of experience that is relevant to many industries and being certified in technical writing and as a technical trainer combined with Lean Six Sigma is the icing on the cake!
