I’m a recently retired U.S. Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer 3, where I spent 20 years leading operations in high-risk environments, managing safety programs, and overseeing large-scale equipment and personnel.
I’m now transitioning into the construction and safety field, having recently completed pre-apprenticeship training with the Home Builders Institute along with OSHA 30 (Construction & General Industry) and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I’ll be completing my Green Belt through this cohort.
I’m looking to connect with others in safety, construction, and process improvement—especially those working in or around Southern California. Always open to learning, sharing experiences, and finding ways to improve how we lead and operate safely.
