Introduction
Hello everyone,
Current Role: I am currently serving as a Sensor Operator in the U.S. Air Force.
Location: I am currently living in Knob Noster, Missouri.
Motivation to join the course: Throughout my career, I’ve seen how critical process improvement is to mission success, and I want to build on that experience with the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Additionally, I am looking to gain skills that will help me succeed in a post military career.
Career Journey: I am currently in the final stretch of a 20-year military career, with my retirement set for March of 2027. I am transitioning back into the civilian sector, specifically targeting opportunities in the Kansas City metropolitan area. I’m looking to pivot myself into Human Resource Management or Organizational Operations.
Course Goal: My primary goal is to gain knowledge and skills to help me apply data-driven problem-solving to organizational challenges.
