Introduction
Hello everyone, my name is Danielle Joseph. I currently work as a Procurement Officer II for the State of Tennessee Department of Children's Services, where I support contracts, grants, and procurement operations. I have over 15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operational leadership, including service in the U.S. Army.
I decided to pursue my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to strengthen my ability to analyze processes, reduce inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements within government operations. I’m especially interested in applying these tools to improve procurement workflows, contract management processes, and organizational efficiency.
I look forward to learning alongside everyone and gaining practical tools that I can bring back to my work.
