OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Course
Join Star Global College of Workforce Development for an evening-based OSHA 10-Hour General Industry course designed to help workers, supervisors, veterans, transitioning service members, and career-driven professionals strengthen their understanding of workplace safety, hazard awareness, and OSHA standards.
This course introduces participants to key safety topics, including workers’ rights, employer responsibilities, hazard communication, walking and working surfaces, personal protective equipment, electrical safety, emergency action planning, fire prevention, materials handling, fall protection, confined spaces, and safety and health programs.
The course is structured to meet OSHA Outreach Training requirements, with scheduled breaks, required topic hours, and daily instructional limits built into the program format. Training will be delivered over two evening sessions from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST.
Participants who successfully complete the full course requirements through an OSHA-authorized Outreach Trainer may be eligible to receive an OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Outreach Training completion card.
