The Operations Manager Certification Course is a flexible, self-paced professional development program designed for current and aspiring operations leaders. From December 1–29, 2026, participants will work through practical online modules covering operational strategy, KPIs, workforce planning, productivity, capacity management, budgeting, quality, scheduling, process improvement, and leadership.
The course includes self-paced lessons, real-world examples, discussion questions, knowledge checks, practical exercises, and a final assessment designed to help participants apply operations management concepts directly to the workplace.
