Zachary A. Cleghorn is the President of Business Development at Star Global College of Workforce Development, where he leads global education and training initiatives that have supported hundreds of thousands of learners worldwide. A Marine Corps Veteran turned global educator, Zach has helped more than 72,000 veterans and professionals transition into meaningful careers through the training systems he designed, scaled, and delivered across industry and education.

He holds multiple advanced degrees and is completing his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Leadership, with a research focus on organizational performance, emotional intelligence, and workforce innovation. His career includes impactful collaborations with major organizations such as Amazon, Ford Motor Company, and Walmart Distribution, advancing workforce development, process optimization, and large-scale training implementation.
